Located in the vibrant Chinatown, this hotel offers a convenient base for exploring the bustling streets and experiencing the local culture. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms and good water pressure. the friendly staff provides warm hospitality, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast buffet, although not extensive, offers a decent variety of options. the hotel features an excellent spa with professional services and a grand lobby adorned with Parisian-style sculptures.
The lack of a swimming pool might disappoint those looking for a refreshing dip.

This hotel made my Christmas getaway truly special. Two of the best aspects were the warm hospitality and the delicious breakfast offerings. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. Plus, the breakfast had a good variety of menu items to choose from. The hotel's convenient location was also a key factor, as it was situated near many local attractions.
There were a few worst aspects that detracted from our stay. The room quality was somewhat inconsistent, with some areas feeling dated and in need of renovation.

The rooms at this hotel were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the bathroom. the hotel also had excellent spa services available, including reflexology and manicures/pedicures. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the subway. It was enjoyable to stroll around during the day and experience the local life.
The gym at the hotel was disappointing, with a steep fee for hotel guests. the staff at the gym were not very friendly.
